What is Best?

I have a 1997 / 1.8ltr Turbo engine with Air Flow Mass Sensor, I need know what is best Mass sensor reading the intake air (air filter to turbo) or reading the air from turbo to throttel Body.

I think Air filter to Turbo would be more accurate if you using MAF and recirculating/plumb back BOV style.
