Clutch Master Cylinder change!!

I just replaced my clutch master cylinder. The seal broke and spewed brake fluid all over the inside of the car. It was $133.46 brand new O.E.M. Not too bad considering the damn thing is PLASTIC. I've worked on many imports and that was my first time seeing a plastic master cylinder. Oh well here is a few pics on how it went. I cleaned up the engine bay since then too, I know it was dirty in these pics. Im not sure if there is a D.I.Y on this but if anybody needs help or request a D.I.Y I'll see if I can get one together.

Could you guide me through this? My car was refusing to shift for a short time and now is not shifting at all. Carpet under the clutch pedal is wet and according to some other posts, it's the master cylinder. Thanks in advance!
