Hey, I was just wondering if anyone has used one of these on an 01-03 GLS sedan and has pictures. I am thinking about getting one, but because the trunk already has a slight lip, I'm not sure how it would look.

mines a 02 hatch, but its the same spoiler from the same exact seller. just to give you an idea. theres already a post of a sedan member who just bought this lip spoiler in Carbonfiber. search for it.

It's pretty bendable/formable, right Justin? I think it'd work on the sedan trunk lid too.

I know about the carbon fiber one. The difference is that he has a 04-06 elantra and the trunklid is shaped differently. I have a 2001 elantra. Here is a side pic of the trunk. You can see (where I've circled) that the trunk corner is not a sharp turn, but turns up to a miniscule lip, thus the spoiler could not simply be put at the edge as you could with a straight trunk lid.

Since the lip is not right at the edge and already is slightly flared, I'm not sure how adding another lip spoiler would look.

I understand what you are saying, but I believe these types are fairly flexible so that they fit multiple applications.

I just bought it. 22 bucks for shipping is rediculous. OEM spoiler was a 200 dollar option and i know how very unaffective they are on a FWD car anyway. This is just a real small addition to tie in the arse of my car with everything else. will post phone pics.

Great! Thanks. I also can not spend $200 for the spoiler and was just looking for a little something to go there. Plus, it is a lot less worok to install, I believe.

Yea James very flexible, dont wanna bend too much cuz the double sided tape would get messed up, but i was able to curve it along the edge of the hatch to fit perfect. Unfortunately/fortunately, it will be coming off soon cuz i recently bought the OEM high spoiler and im having it painted black (cheaper and easier cuz it would be really hard to match my 5 yr old red after sun and wax and stuff) i think oem high spoiler would look good black with all the contrasts on my car.

I will take it off your hands once you get the next one. I don't want to use it as a spoiler...I have other plans ;) I would just use new tape...just don't damage the plastic Justin :D
