my mate and i put some new Clarion 6x9s in the back of my car today, along with an amp to run them (sub will come later)

getting the speaker covers off the parcel shelf was a little hard, looks like they are bolted in somehow, but they dont show up on the underside of the parcel shelf... my mate and i ended up just prying them off with a screwdriver... broke the cardboard / whatever it is that they use under there a little in the process
we managed to get them back on there - and its good, coz its a bit of a 'sleeper' look, ya cant tell that theys expensive speakers back there, unless you pop the boot, and look under the shelf and see a pair of Clarion speakers starting back at you.. along with the MTX Thunder Amp that is running them
thanks to the doco too - that helped me and my mate run the amp power to the boot - only prob tho.. there is not enuf space under the grey plastic to fit the 4gauge in there too.. along with my dvd cables too that run to the boot from the headunit...
