Has anyone every used or heard of this stuff?

I was looking over at some of the saab and bmw sites and they talked about using it but i want to know if anyone else has tried it. I want to wash my car but it is waaaaay to cold and I can't hook a hose from the kitchen sink to outside. My car is currently FILTHY! salt,roadgrime, frozen bugs etc. I was thinking of getting neoprene scuba gloves but i may want to try this stuff.
