Yep, the 2 are becoming one company. Doesn't matter to me, I don't use satellite radio, but I'm sure some of you do:

I heard the rumors and didn't believe it, this is kind of surprising to me.

My wife has XM, should be interesting to see how the channel lineup expands. And even with the restrictions they'll face I'm sure the price will go up. Wonderful.

Yeah, it will be interesting. I keep thinking in my head that if they give me the best of both, I wouldn't mind paying $15 a month. The best of both would be all four major sports, more comedy channels, keeping XM's superior equipment.

Reality is probably uploading all the crap channels of both, a subpar channle lineup and a price increase.

most likely going to keep sirius equipment because it's interchangeable with different docking stations and what not...so I've heard.
