i purchased and put on some 17 inch wheels on wednesday, but the wheel locks wont fit. they stick out to far and the center wheel cap will not go on. does anyone know what i can do? its probably something simple but i dont know the first thing about wheels.....thanks!

could be a screw that's used to keep the rotors on during assembly. you should be able to take it off without causing any harm cuz the wheel itself will keep the rotors on. once you take the scerw out the wheel will sit closer and everything should work. do a search here and in archives. this has been covered in greater detail before. someone correct me if i'm wrong.

we already took out those screws but still will not fit......thatnk you very much for the advice though! :)

Is the locking nut actually longer than the rest of the lug nuts? If so, try to find a set of Tuner lug nuts. They are usually shorter than the rest of the styles out there.
