So here's my story. I ordered headers for my Elantra back in June of 2006. I was actually the second pre-buy. They needed 5 pre-buys in order to have them made and sent from Korea. Well....the site said that you could expect your item 4 weeks from the time they receive the 5th prebuy. The 5th pre-buy came about 2 months later, so we're talking around August.
All I can say is 4 weeks my ***.
It wasn't til DECEMBER that they finally refunded my money because I called and complained and *****ed so much. LOL And even in december they STILL didn't have them in!!! Every time you call they tell you it's "next week for sure", "by the end of the month", "Korea said they are on their way" and blah blah blah blah blah. It's so funny that also when you call they tell you they had JUST gotten off the phone with the people in Korea. Yea, ok.
So now their site says that "The new header has been completed and will arrive around the second week of February." and it's already MID MARCH!!!
They need to get their act together and also quit hanging up on customers like an angry high school girl.
Take the heat from angry customers, EVOFUSION!! Expect anger when you can't deliver the products that you idiots say you can deliver!
P.S. June's just around the corner! Let's make it a FULL YEAR!!!
