You will love the Hifonics amp. This is the brand I've put in my GF's car and we've been really pleased so far (as a matter of fact, I bought one for my car this winter.... unfortunately, one of my subs blew :( ).
P.S. Gotta love white Elantras!!! :D

Very nice Lisa. I think you will like those choices as well. Although I am not a huge fan of Rockford, not that they are bad, just not a fan.

it looks like your surrounds are glued, were they cracked? I love those HX2 Rockford subs, had a power HX2 before and loved how it played. Setup looks good.

Thanks for catchin that, i noticed after i posted, but im at work and i get lazy here cause im only on the site for 5 min chunks.. if that!
I am all for subs, but I agree with what has been said. Good bye trunk. Anyways. Did you just go all out on the amp? Hifonics makes a quality product from what I have heard. As for RF, I feel there are better subs out there. (Coming from the guy who had a Sony Xplod...Ha) I'm also curious as to why you have the hatch box, if that is what it is. But hey, more power to you, literally. Must here you 6 blocks away if 1500 watts thumping in the trunk and I am sure it is great.

Ya you have no trunk space with those!!!!!!! Looks nice and I passed on a HIFONICS just cause I never heard of them but you can get them cheap. I feel that sealed box bit harder and deaper than ported boxes. I think bandpass box suck *** cause I had three and all of them broke from the subs knockin. You must be able to feel the bass in your chest huh? That is how I like my cars to hit!!!!!!!!

that is a nice setup, the box is sealed right? I have two kicker l7's, i'll be posting pictures of them pretty soon, but I need a bigger box because i would like to get three of them in the future. may i ask you what are the dimensions of the box? that will really help me. i don't need trunk space. :)

i hope you have sound dampening...or your going to be one of those tin cans rattling down the street!! and sub control...nothing like overpowering bass!
you should make the allentown meet...would be interesting to see how much more my single diamond sub puts out over those rockfords...
btw...with a nicely designed system...there is no need to say good bye to your trunk space...
i fit a twin size bed and box spring in my car with my system still in it...granted i disconnected my sub...but the amps are in a false floor and do not interfere with much at all...

who needs a trunk when u have a back seat....lol!

Yeah my husband put a hole through them....I used clear nail polish to seal the hole. I am kinda upset about the way that looks but still hits fine.

Yeah I don't use my trunk that often usually just put things in the back seat. The box is sealed & the dimensions are 17W overall, 16H, & 38L w/a 24face. The box is slanted so those are just rough numbers. I am sure u can fit 3 L7's in the trunk w/out any probs.

No they are not ported b/c in my particular setup sealed offers better sound. I am not into comps so I wasn't worried about pressure.
