Man, I suck at that tower defense game. I've played like a dozen times and only broke 1000 twice! What's the secret that I'm not getting here? I've tried several strategies (concentrated firepower, spread out the towers, more rapid fire weapons, more power weapons) and nothing seems to work well. What's the secret?

Heres a tip I have.

Put towers with maximum coverage (as in, can fire on the same enemy 2-3 times because of the maze shape)

Use those fire towers.

Once you get fire towers and whatnot, sell the weak **** that does 39 damage (lol) because it doesnt change anything realistically.

Though I cant seem to pass bonus level 2. :(

concentrated firepower with the canons and firetowers works best because of splash damage, manage increasing your interest rate with getting elemental upgrades and try to get that combo tower their range is practically the whole map and damage is 2000

my biggest problem is when air goes through I neglect the air only towers

By using fire + water (to slow them a little) I got to almost 2000. Best yet, but still far from tops. Second Bonus pwnd me. Combo Tower, huh? I'll have to work for that.

I had 3 combo towers maxed and about 5 fire and water towers maxed.... i was just too distracted at work to set them up in the best config

5 Combo towers, a bunch of fire, and a few water carried me past 2000. Hard.

Fire towers are a mans best friend. Water and Earth are poop.

I think my mistake was not building combo towers and building and upgrading my fire towers more. Also, I only had one dedicated air tower, but did fine on all the air missions because of my fire towers.

People used to call me Supergirls on xbox live, ha.

How the hell can you get enough money for another 5 maxed out combo towers? Impossible!

I hit 20k on cannons alone cept for the air levels made it to bonus 3 or 4?

Just the normal ones. Upgraded through the levels mainly to the lvl 2 cannons until the bonus rounds. Then I just upgraded them all to the highest and took up every square possible.

That's crazyness. How do you get past the first couple levels with only cannons? I think that would be the hardest part.

place cannon here for lvl 1

Level 2 upgrade that cannon to lvl 2
Level 3 Place a lvl 1 cannon next to it
Level 4 Upgrade 2nd cannon to lvl 2
Level 5 Place a 3rd cannon near there
Level 6 upgrade 3rd cannon and this will carry you through level 7 if placed right
Level 7 Watch the pigs burn ***Upgrade Interest Rate***
Level 8 Place an air tower near the center like this image and upgrade it to lvl 3:

Then sell the tower when the level is complete and continue building cannons as needed.

The next air level takes about 4 Lvl 3 air towers

Some tips if you guys didnt know. Press the space bar to see thier hitpoints. This will let you know if you need to build more cannons or upgrade. Also, tower can be stacked. It takes some time place them but you'll get way more cannons on the screen. I think ifyou do it normally you can place 104 cannons on the screen and with stacking you can get close to 300+
