custom cdplayer bracketts

i had to fab up some new cdplayer bracketts after me old cdplayer was stolen they even cut out my stock harnes that plugs into the stock cd player. also does anyone know what the hell these are they are behind the ashtray when you take off the trim to get out the cd player im not sure what they are or why they are just laying in there like that but is it important and should i put them back where they go?

the first shot of your brackets is cool and looks good, but the second two pics come up as thumbnail size..

In the second two pictures, that gray box is your ETACS (Electronic Time and Alarm Control System) and yes, you need that.

yeah i figured i needed it but what is it for and i dont know why my pics came in so small i took them with my phone and sent them to my computer so i dont know ill have to get some better ones.
