I am glad Paris is going to jail! Finally someone in Hollywood is held responsible for their actions. I think it is complete BS how the so called celebrities get away with so much. Their main purpose is to entertain the public and in no way makes them "better" than any one else in the world. What even more pathetic is that she's starting a petition for a pardon! I would sign a petition just to put that self indulgent brat in jail. Not that I have an opinion on the topic.

Unless perhaps some judge decided to send her to a REAL prison, which would be funny. Honestly, if you're a celebrity and you do something like this, you should be held just as accountable, if not more so than the average citizen.

But that whole petition thing is utter garbage and to think that there are idiots out there willing to support her. They sound just as whiney as she does saying stuff like, " she was treated unfairly" or "it was an honest mistake" since she thought she was allowed to drive on a suspended license for work ( i wanna get a job were I can show up drunk then too).

it's already been covered in the news that she will be seperated from the general prison population for her own safety. Sounded like a regular old prison with 2 cold meals and one hot meal, and you can choose chicken or chicken.

She has already been sentenced now she's trying to get an appeal. Tell you what if they made a TV show with her in jail that would be the only way i could watch that *****. As for the pardon i will be so pissed if she get it. I think the so called celebs should be treated just like every one else.

She'll be in a cell seperated from ALL other inmates for her term, which just recently got cut in half. She gets 1 hour of free time, ie. talking on the phone, going out in the yard. She will be seperated from all other inmates at all times though....

more of a fan of Nicole Richie, if she could only stay away from crack... and gain some of that weight back, looking like a toothpick kinda freaks me out.

My second violation of probation left me in jail 21 days before I was released on ROR to complete the rest of my special conditions for probation. If I didn't have a good lawyer, I'd be inside prison serving the rest of my probation.

She should count her lucky stars that she's not serving more time. She obviously got off pretty easy the first time she was pulled over for DWLS, and the second time, she plain deserved it for not learning from the 1st time.
