Hi ,am geting Evo header + catback,but do not want CEL and be so loud.So need hi flow cat to repleace the down pipe + need to extend the damn cable any ideas where can I get them?and how much? thanx guys:cool:

Search ebay for a 2 1/4" I/O Magnaflow HF Cat.

extending the wires is a matter of splicing in longer wires to the o2 sensor and having a bung welded downstream of the cat.

i have the same set up, im just lazy and havent extended the o2 sensor yet

If it's the second O2, then disregard what I said above.

Take a trip to Home Depot or Lowes, and get a couple of feet of Security Wire. It's wrapped in a gray covering, and has 4 wires in it. The O2 only has four wires, and both guages of wire are identical. It's what I used and I've had no problems with that O2. My front one on the other hand is shot.

Well so did I:confused: As it is now,Bradley did not answer any calls or e-mails,but after I checked with DHL today header is on its way,package has been scaned in and it is officialy in transit.Maybe he read the e-mails and heard my measage about canceling my order and that lit a fire under his a*s:D well will se what happens when I get the goods.Still waiting for the cat back.I'm praying to the great GOOGAMOOGA;) that he will send it soon.Otherwise I'm gonna loose it.BTW seen your post ,you getting yours?

Well I have an "acceptance" scan where I use my tracking number which makes me beleive that the package has been accepted and on it's way.

To keep this thread on track, and put it back on subject ... I will also be doing this O2 sensor extension, probably in the next few days so that I'm ready to install my header as soon as I get it.

I was referring to the first sentence in my post. About it not matter about the year as all the years use the same 2nd O2 sensor. Only the 1st one is different between the XD and XD2.

OK thanx,checked the e-bay they still have them for $55 so on Monday I'll do some shoping.Got the headers,still waiting for catback +need to buy the cat.Update ,just send the money order to get my cat......... OK this security wire,need to know what gauge it is and all those numbers that go with it(do not know anything about wires).At LOWE'S they looked at me like I was Martian that just landed.Help please

if you dont want a CEL get this , you put it on your second o2 sensor, and it works also !

Thanx but in order to do that first I need the o2 sensor be able to reach the new bung hole,hence extending the wires,looks like extra security against CEL

not true!

that only works when you run catless. if your extending your o2 sensor downstream of a 1 cat system dont use that. it wont work. i bought one, it worked while i was catless, as soon as i added a cat it was shot!
