I hate my job !!!!

i really do i used to love it it was great i got to be creative, and fabricate and all kiinds of cool stuff now i have a new boss since the company was sold and now i'm no longer the logo/graphic designer i have to teach some new guy how to do my job and he gets paid more than i do :mad: and now everyone gets overtime except me i was asked to work tomorrow and said i had to check my schedule to make sure i had a babysitter and all that and i told the boss it was okay i could do it and he turns around and hires another guy to fill in for me and is paying him more than me too and he has absolultley no experince at all i'm on the verger of combustion i think he's just pushing my buttons to get me to quit but i'm not gonna i'm just gonna screw around til he fires me at least that way i could collect until i find a new job or start my own company and run him into the ground ha ha ha


i feel i little better now i need a beer and another vacation

i dont mean i need a beer to escape i mean i need a beer cuz its friday night and i hate bringing bad days at work home with me i try to let them at the shop anyways yeah there are other jobs out there but not in my particular location the closest sign shop fr me to work at would be a 40 minute drive one way everyday but the pay would be almost doulbe my hourly rate now but i hate taveling plus it cuts into my daddy time with kids and i can't do that it's not fair to them or the wife it's not a money issue i live comfortably right now for the first time ever and thats hard to do being 26 married and have 2 little girls one of which is still in diapers i've tried talking with the new owner but he just blows me off and acts like i'm not a valueble asset to the company and there's 2 other employees besides me one the new guy who doen's know anything and the other is a great guy who just got shot in the throat on sunday so he's on light duty work which leaves me as the lead journeyman who gets the whole weekend off

Time to start hunting for work ... find a job, then give your notice where you are. If your company is bringing in new employees at a higher wage than you. that's a slap in the face. You might get hired on somewhere else at a higher wage! Best of luck whatever you do. Maybe the new owner will drop dead of a heart attack and you can dance on his grave.

funny thing is i hated my job at the bank and not 2 mins before i was going to take the manager aside to tell her that i was putting in my 2weeks she fired me on the spot for some stupid ish about not pulling my weight in getting new accounts when i was the only one out there busting my *** for the company.
