I just installed my stage II intake manifold... I think SilverElantra is going to get my old manifold... lucky guy. NO RUST at all on it, relatively clean too... The one I got was cleaned up really nice by Carbonman (great job!) but I could tell it came from a rusty car...

Anyways.

Whoever has a carbonman IM, please post here:
1. if your car is XD or XD2
2. the date (roughly) you got the IM

Then we can make a list and see who has who's manifold :tongue:

I'm just being a dork, but I wonder who's old manifold I have in my car right now?

It's almost like organ donors... I want to know who's kidney I have!

i have one on my xd2 i think i know whose i have but not sure
i bought mine late last summer right before i moved down here in september

ya im getting ur old manifold...stage 2 should be nice is very excited and cannot wait...ordered 4 things from CD...i dont think they have gotten ur manifold yet though cause they havent said anything to me yet and they were gonna keep me updated...

Received ported manifold (stage 1) 11/30/06
Shipped out old manifold 12/5/2006

Just another reason you are so damn quick. First the pulleys I didn't know you had. And now I'm finding out you've got a manifold too. Dude, you suck. The header would allow you to beat me, this I'm sure. However, you are still held back by being autotraggic.

Silver got mine and it now is being shipped back and forth (XD2).

I think I got the very first stage 2... so I'm the guinea pig. But it does pull great in the mid range. I'm thinking about taking off my phenolic spacer though.

i could not get my car to stabilize with the spacer ...it would not idle and since that whole experience i had with the manifold and spacer my car now idles at roughly around 550-750 rpm in D...weird...and sounds funny on extremely hot days...but made a 400 mile trip in the car with no problems at all....
