I have seen several people mention the metra harnesses for installing aftermarket stereos to our factory wiring...what is the part number for our cars (04 is the same os 01-03 I believe) and where did you get them?

you will also need a mounting bezel/radio install kit to make the hole in the dash accept the kenwood mounting brackets

Yeah, once you have the dash kit (I believe circuity city also sells it for the elantra), all you have to do is cut the metra harness in half and either solder or crimp the wires from you kenwood harness to the metra and your all set.
