any procedure available for correcting vertical aiming of headlamps for 2002 elantra car?

it's the same for every car... this isn't really the right category for a headlights thread, but;

park your car 20-30 feet away from a vertical wall on level ground (ie; a garage or near the wall of a building). assuming you're about 6 feet tall, you want to aim the headlights so they are below your waistline when you stand against the wall (about 3ft) -- basically, the lights should aim slightly lower than themselves (2-3 inches lower). you are illuminating the road, not the faces of people looking at your car.

good way is to make a line in masking tape about 2 feet 9 inches up on the wall... also make a center line on the wall by finding the center of your car (look thru the car via your windows -- horizontal alignment is just as important)
