Need oil change soon.

I need a oil change in my Impala and was thinking which oil filter is the best.My impala has 30k miles on her and i've been using fram oil filters and was thinking of switching to a new one for better fliteration and performance.I know i'm not going to get 5 extra hp by going to a K&N filter but I want to get some feedback on this.Who is better.Post comments on what you guys think.Thanks.

Just grab an A/C delco. That's what I use on my elantra because I work at a GM dealership and it's cheap.

I have always used wix filters..a little more expensive but i've never had a problem with them on any of the cars i have owned.
