I'm sorry but i could never spend that much on rear ICE because A. Would use money that could be put into performance and handling, B. Would lose use of a perfectly good trunk/hatch area, C. Would add extra weight additionally hurting performance and handling.

But dam that is a pretty setup.

Good lord! That must weigh a TON! I'm trying to decide if I want just a mono sub in the back but don't want to lose any storage space. I'm gonna miss the big trunk in my Elantra ... although, with the seats down in the Accent, I can haul a truckload!

I used know how it became known as the ` boot` here. I know it`s called the trunk because in the olden days, it was a frickin` trunk, a big box attatched to the flat back of the car.

What other folk call the ` hood` of a car, we call the ` bonnet` .

It`s a nice install ( lets see our American friends say ` Moorooka ` ) but I wouldn`t have that much wieght in there when i go on holiday.

thats not my install, i have about 3 times the wieght of that install in my boot at the moment. my sub box with subs in it are 80kg, amps are 30kg, and i got a battery in the back which is 36kg so that 146kg

1st off, never heard a trunk called a boot.. creepy
j|oo cool pic you posted up, as for weight im sure that one huge sub weighs less or the same as most dual subs in those prefab boxes.. people forget just hoe much those boxes weigh also! and that custom fiberglass in the pic is prolly lighter

i have no good pics of mine, my garage has an old shot though, click the link in my sig
