How many hours a week are you working?

It's my last semester this fall. I have four classes to take:
History 499: Senior Seminar (I have to write a thesis)
History 387: World War II (No problem)
Art History 200: Survey of Western Art (No problem)
English 332: Introduction to film (I have no idea if it's going to be hard or not)
So, basically mine is going to be easy. I get all A's and B's when taking 15 credits, so I should be good with only 12. Everyone should get a History degree, it's easy, haha. In addition, during school I only work like 14 hours a week (sucks for mods) so that's no problem either.

Mine isn't horrible. I have Business Statistics II, Advanced Computer Prog with C++, Microeconomics, Legal Aspects of Business, and some religion class that I have to take. But on top of that I work 40+ hours a week. So yeah, my school semesters are usually pretty crazy... :(

Whenever I had a tough semester I would pepper it with off-major classes to keep me from burnout. In my Senior Year I took 41 hours to graduate on time (21 1st semester, 20 2nd). Some of my classes for 'fun' throughout college included Rifles and Pistols (took three times, since I could go up to 4 PE credits) Principles of Accident Prevention (haha, what a joke) and American Red Cross Insturctor Cert. (easiest 4 credit class of my life). There were others, but those stand out in my mind. Just don't get too burned out in one semester - burn-out never completely goes away.

I think my course load is a little worse than yours. I get up at 6:15 every morning, and get my 10 year old son off to work. Then I have to go to the gym to try to work off some of my 300 lb ***.. (well, my *** doesn't weigh 300 lbs, but the rest of me does), then it's off to a JOB for 10 hours (keep up w/ the computer classes though -- paychecks rock ;) ) and then I go home and help the wife with dinner, help the kids with homework, then I get a couple of hours to unwind. Lather, rinse repeat. =)
I'm just giving you a hard time. I'm off to Grad school next year, and I'm sure I'll complain about my courseload too, but believe me, compared to the "real world" college absolutely rocks.
But, if you think it's going to be crappy, it will... Think of it as "fun and challenging" and see where that gets you ;)
Good luck!
Jonny
Edit: Of course, you posted a month ago, so that means you're already 1/4 of the way through... how's it going? =)

I remember taking like 8 classes a semester...that sucked...now I got by 4 MBA classes and work 40 hours....still sucks...but in a different way. And in a short while...cool paychecks!
Stick with it...when life hands you lemonades, squeeze the juice into other peoples eyes!

So what have you got to lose.... sleep? it's over rated anyway. Me ? I did it ...went all the way and gained a new friend. I think he is from Ireland, he has an accent and promises to share his pot of gold with me.
For real though stick with it.
Its worth it in the long run.
Really
