Here are a few pics of my 1999 Elantra wagon. Pretty basic mods.

Engine:
CAI (genuine sliced and diced AEM Civic intake)
2.25" catback exhaust
Dynomax Super Turbo muffler

Suspension:
19.2mm Tib rear sway bar

Electrical:
Ground wire set
Battery terminals
Sony headunit (came with car)
Monster Cable speaker wire (came with car)
Fiamm Freeway Blaster horn

Wanted:
Front strut bar
Rims
Header (if I can sneak it by NYS smog check  )
High-flow cats
Struts (no lowering, since it already drags in the snow  )

Pipe dreams:
NGM supercharger :D
Ground Control coilovers

Here are some pics of the car (all pictures have been color-enhanced courtesy of Google):

A spot where the windshield is delaminating. It's been there since I have owned the car.

CAI terminating near the lower radiator hose. It works. The zipties are there to hold the IAT sensor in place while the blue RTV silicone holding the sensor in cured. They're now there for insurance.

Where the filter is located. A good balance between feeding in cool outside air and protection from the elements. The filter used to be a bit lower and completely exposed, which resulted in the filter getting plugged with snow. Now I can swivel it up closer to the radiator to protect it in the winter.

The driver's seat. The tan and black theme has been carried throughout the car.

Another shot showing off the instrument cluster and the wad of napkins used for nose-blowing, mopping up spills, dusting, etc.

Here is what the car looks like from the rear. The Dynomax looks stock-ish. Soon to be accentuated with some black hi-temp enamel.

That's my incredibly versatile ride. Gets me from A to B with a minimum of fuss and a lot of preventive maintenance behind me. Comfortable hauling 3 friends to the movies or moving my junk up to school.
