Did you try looking around Ford's site (www.nitrousworld.com)? I figured he'd have the info. I tried looking through it real quick, but to tell you the truth, I know nothing about nitrous and didn't know exactly what I was looking for...

You are right

Shave the rubber coating from the metal fuel line just underneath the
master brake cylinder. Then cut the line using a small size pipe cutter
from any hardware store.
5. Attach the Tee fitting between the lines and secure it with high quality
fuel line. Use high pressure fuel clamps, not the standard ones.

Thanks

I thought you could also use the adapter on the fuel rail itself to avoid cutting...

just make sure you are using high pressure hose clamps to attach the T-Fitting.

when i say high pressure, i mean it will cost you $5. for 3 feet of it because it comes in a special box marked HIGH PRESSURE EFI HOSE.

not the shizzle that comes in a bit a$$ roll for 99c a foot...

also, be sure to use the special EFI HIGH PRESSURE clamps ! not the kind that expose the hose to the serated lines on the clamp itself... my point is.. you have to clamp down that T-fitting VERY TIGHTLY.. otherwise, you WILL develop a leak.

anyhow, as long as you get your hands on the right parts, you'll be fine :)

Yeah nobody likes a leaky gas fitting...

I thought you could also use the adapter on the fuel rail itself to avoid cutting...and does anybody know th e part number for it

sorry, i dont know the part #, but you would have to replace the entire line all the way to the gas tank, since its i a 1 piece ! haha

also, be sure to cut the fuel line on the METAL part using a pipe cutting tool. DO NOT CUT the rubber part of the line.

:) cut the metal line as close to the center of the flat area as possible, you will find it below the brake booster. .. the line is covered with a thin layer of plastic... you'll want to remove that using a razor blade before you begin the cutting process, be sure to remove ALL remnants of the plastic before you attempt to couple your rubber t-figging device to it otherwise you will spring a leak ! :) and on my suggestion, use 2 couplings on each side of the metal fuel lines to keep it really stiff and safe :)

What do you mean by couplings??

FordFasteRR

fuel line clamps.... more specifically, the type used for EFI high pressure fuel lines instead of the serated type that has those nasty ridges on it that cut the line once you torque it down hard enough to hold anything..... the good ones are just like the ones in the picture of the t-fitting setup above... :)
