Racing Game Advice - PC

I'd like to have a nice/decent auto racing game on my PC, think Forza, GranTurismo etc..
but it is a work PC and therefore has limited capabilities... here's what I know about it
(and before you ask, no it can't be upgraded)

IBM ThinkPad T60
Windows XP Pro
Intel Centrino Duo Core
1.83 GHz
1G RAM
Sound = SoundMax Integrated HD Audio
Video = ATI Mobile Radeon X1400

any suggestions on PC friendly auto racing games ?
