anyone go to the auto-x events here?

I drove there yesterday to get a look at the tire marks. looks like a lot of fun.

is there a website where I can get the dates of upcoming events?

just did auto-x at ackerman. wasn't SCCA, was just MBCA (mercedes-benz) and alfa romeo club having an un-official event...

ended up timing around 50 seconds... not to far off from some of the faster cars there (which did low 40s)

just finished the SCCA event. in my opinion I was mis-classed by the people there... apparently having a CAI makes your car the same as an AWD WRX with turbo and Hoosiers... but I was in DST (instead of STS or a stock class). got 4th place.

When I move to Covington(just across the Ohio from Cincy), I won't be that far from Columbus (I have family there) maybe we can try some event together.........

definitely. autocross is LOTS of fun. I'd recommend upping your suspension and tires before you do it though, otherwise you'll finish near last just because the stock elantra GT has a lot of body roll... here are some pics of me at the last event with stock setup:
