I am not getting married....just to start off.

A buddy of mine, Harley, is getting married to another friend...DeAnn. Anyway, they asked if I would be a groomsman, which I obviously said yes. They also asked if I would help cook for it...which I said yes to also. I also planned the bachelor party....which actually kinda sucked. Anway, I get a call tonight that I need to make 5 liters of red-eye, and 5 liters of apple-pie(which I will probably drink half)....not that I haven't gotten enough to do....ahhh!!! The wedding is this Saturday and the tuxes aren't in yet either...wtf. So I am getting up at 5 on saturday to make the red-eye, apple-pie, and the beef and potatoes for the 500 people that have sent in rsvp's so far. Pictures are going to be taken at 11:00....so that gives me maybe 4 hours to get everything done...I will be definately drunk at the reception.

Wish me luck!! lol
This is stressing me out worse than school...

Ouchies. I've been in two weddings that weren't mine as a groomsman and I didn't have to do anything for either. Then for my wedding I did about 0 preparations. Overall, I have a good streak with weddings.

What's up w/ that? If you're just a groomsman I thought you had no worries about the bachelor party:confused: Isn't that the best man's responsibility? Though I would'nt mind rockin' out a beef dish for 500. Have done catering in the past and it can be a lot of fun (compared to making 500 different orders for people). Good luck man. Remember, open bar makes it all worth it:D It is open bar...................right?
