Does Anyone Know Of Anybody That Has Done A Motor Swap On An Elantra To A Mitsubishi 4g63 Motor ? Also Ive Heard That You Dont Have To Change The Motor Mounts To Do It Hopefully Someone Here Can Give Me Some More Info About This Subject.

Please use the search function up in the tool bar. This has been discussed many times. The older Elantras (pre 1996) used a mitsu motor, so everything bolted right up. The current Elantras use a Hyundai designed engine and trans, and it would take a lot of effort to make the switch. The engine and trans are even on the opposite sides if I remember correctly.
