Well first, welcome to EXD ! !

Secondly, you already found the only location beside eBay that have them. And the price on KSpec is way cheaper than the dealership. So it's not that bad. But check eBay.

Or, try searching this site. You'll find other answers to your question as well.

Any 4" round lights fit, but not perfectly. You'll also need to do some fabrication to mount them. The opening for the fogs is not a perfect circle, but more of an oval. The only lights that fit perfectly are the ones on Kspec.

Keep in mind the ones from Kspec are OEM/KDM pieces that will fit perfectly, come with brackets and come with bulbs. $100 may seem like a lot but when look 100% OEM it's hard to say no.

Don't they look nice?

Yeah, or if you wanted to go the projector route you could do what I did (yes there is some fabrication work involved).
Kind of a crappy pic, but...

i read about how some people here have HID's in their fogs, would those oem's work with better/brighter bulbs??? and i dont want yellow lights, i want bright white driving type lights.

IIRC, you can't go much higher than the the OEM bulbs (27w I think). I think someone put in 32w bulbs without a big problem, but any higher than that and the housing on the fog lights will melt.

(note: don't worry about the triple-post. All three were stuck waiting to be approved because of <5 posts. Shouldn't be a problem now).

I'm running 50W bulbs in mine. I have had them in there for a little over 3 years and finally had to replace one right before vaca. No burning, no melting just bright light.

Yes. I bought them about 4 years ago (?) when I worked for the hyundai dealer. I bought them from the warehouse, even though they were never sold, nor installed in the US on a GLS. One of the guys in the shop and I wired them up custom so that when brights are engaged all 6 beams shine forward. So 55W-low beam+ 50W high beam + 50W fog

Bob, good to hear that you are running the 50W bulbs with no problems.

I'm pretty sure someone with 55W bulbs had the melting problem.

does the kspec kit come with EVERYTHING needed or do you still have to go to the dealer and get fuses or some junk like that? (yeah i know i could search but i'm lazy)

the kspec kit comes with lights the rest is up to you. Wires, switches, fuses, etc... on the positive you get to choose on the negative you gotta get it all.

Right, what Brad said.

You can either wire them up to sidemarkers (easy route) or get the multifunction switch and wire them up to the switch (hard route) like the DIY.

Or you can be like me and have them installed (and the switch) for years now and still not hook them up because deep down inside you know you are a ricer. Please let's not make fun of me anymore.

oh... snap... thats bad news... i was hoping it came with everything....

now thats kinda disappointing, 100 bucks for some lights n nothing else :(....

oh well, just another project to undertake...

i mean how hard can it be?? solder some wires to the lights, run it to the power, and then a switch?? idk... im a nub at this...

I bought my fog lights for about $60 ea with nothing but the two housings. I ahd already installed 4" rounds that looked like *** and was replacing them with the oem's.
