heres the deal, i replaced my turn signal bulbs with clear bulbs, at first the right turn signal was half as bright as the left. so i took it to the dealership and they said that the bulbs were too high wattage and that they are wired in parallel, so thats why the one is dimmer. ok, so i go home and put my stock amber bulbs back in, now the left one is dimmer than the right. the other problem is that at first my blinkers blinked really fast, but then it was just the one that was dim(right), and now its on the left one. if anybody has had this problem please help me because i dont know what is the problem is.

Maybe your fuse is getting weak?!

Stupid question, but are they the right type of bulb. Yours would have 2 round contacts on the bottom of the bulb, one contact for parking light, and one contact for the blinker.

Do you have any aftermarket things tied into any part of the parking light/turn signal wiring?

If you put on your emergency lights does it also flash real slow ?
There is a flasher relay that controls the signal light flashing.
It could be getting weak or was overloaded by the high wattage bulbs.
You could try swapping it out, it shouldn't be very expensive.

^ That was going to be my next suggestion, but you beat me to it.

Definitely make sure the relay is good. It's under the hood in the black fuse box by the battery. Double check the fuse behind the coin pocket inside the car too, just to make sure it isn't getting weak.

But more than likely, it's the relay under the hood.

Check voltage. Check ground.

Definitely check ground. And the realy is under the dash towards the left side almost directly beneath the fuses.
