Here's what I've done so far in order of time done within category. I finally got a chance to take and post pictures:

Summer -- ADR Sokudo 17X7" rims & Kumho Ecsta 711 205/40R17 tires
Winter -- Dunlop SP sport A2 195/60R15 on stock rims
Tiburon 19.2mm rear sway bar
EvoFusion front strut tower brace
Coil spring "booster" rings in rear springs.
Mussa rear strut tower brace
Engine Performance:
Kore catback exhaust system (from BlueGT)
3.5" Accord one piece CAI
Ported and polished stock Throttle Body
Transmission:
Removed clutch hydraulic restrictor and spring
Exterior Appearance:
Light smoke tinted side and rear windows
Removed "Hyundai", "Elantra" and GT rear labels
Rebadged "crooked H" symbols with Elantra XD logo from Ilanpro
OEM US black rear low spoiler
Inteior:
2003 Tiburon black leather seats -- retained Side Air Bag
HyperLED white 6" tubes to light back seat, replaces rear assist grips
changed light in cigarette lighter ring to blue LED.
Changed glove box light to blue bulb.
Audio:
Sony CDX-612? dual display CD head unit
MTX 421D monobloc subwoofer amp
2 12" Dual subwoofers in Kicker sealed enclosure
JBL 6.5S and tweeters from Tiburon in front doors
PPI 65.1 rear speakers.
