Were selling tons of Road Runs Grills for all cars, including Elantra. In my opinion, they are overpriced. Not by us, we have to cover costs of course, but by road runs themselves (our cost on them). But people still buy these things up.
Im thinking of starting our own line of grills for all cars similar to road runs. Like them, they should have one basic design. For example, Road runs design is a basic open mouth grill, with an upside down triangle on the bottom that has space for an triangular emblem.
if we do make grills for cars, the price including shipping for them would probably be in the less than 95 including shipping range, as opposed to the 130-200+ that road runs cost. We would also have full carbon fiber option on all of the grills.
Now, my question is, if we do make new grills for cars (including elantra), what should we do? I dont want it to be 100% plain like say the genius one. I do want to incorporate something. Here were my ideas:
1. Similar to road runs, yet bottom middle would have oval shaped emblem instead of triangle.
2. Same as above yet round shaped emblem.
3. Same as above 2 yet on the top middle of the grill instead of bottom middle.
4. Have a small square or half circle in each of the top (or bottom) corners of the grill, where we would give an "E" and an "F" emblem (for ef auto, evofusion), for each section, using those special OEM type emblems that shark racing has been selling.
5. Same as above, but the E and the F would actually be built into the mold, so that they come out in fiberglass already etched into the grill.
6. Have emblems that have a line going through the middle where we would have the emblem...similar to the tomato Sorento Grill:

Or is there another style you think would be good. Remember, this is not necessarily JUST for the elantra, but for any car. What one style do you think would you not only consider buying for your elantra, but say if you had a Kia spectra, youd also think about it.
Im getting tired of charging customers 150+ for a tiny piece of fiberglass. Now that we are opening a new factory in Asia we should be able to get prices down.
