im about to grab myself a body kit for my 06
i really dont wanna pay the extra cash to have someone else do it for me and was wondering if they are simple to do and dont have to worry about effin shat up

no, they usually are not a 100% fit and your trying to get show quality you may need to get the whole car repainted to match 100% cuz of sun fade and stuff. I'd recommend a lip kit if you are concerned about cost. You can get them painted cheap and they are easier to fit on the car and add a subtle apperance. KDM sideskirts and a front+rear lip would be a good choice.

And of course, keeping a lip kit, especially a front one painted black (either matte or gloss) is a nice, subtle appearance mod that does wonders.

alot of elantra body kits that have been posted on here needed alot of work before they "fit perfectly" ie: body lines don't match, or bumpers too wide

I'm working towards roadruns lip with kdm sides (just trying to work out the ordering on sides will be the toughy)
