So, has anyone ever done this? The low spoiler from the WRX, not the STI type.
IF not, what does everyone think of the idea?

I think the slope of the "feet" would be the only concern. You know, if they would be flush against the trunk lid. Other than that, I don't see why not.

I think they "might" fit flush with the trunk. The only concern beyond that would be if the actual spoiler portion (not the legs) will be flat with the plane of the ground, and not pointed up.
However, if you get an aftermarket fiberglass version, you can always sand it down to fit the contour of the trunk and to make sure the spoiler portion sits flat.

Yeah, pics would be awesome. I'm likely going to try looking in junkyards for this first before resorting to paying full price...but its not on the top of my priorities list right now...that list being 1. Ark pullies, 2. struts and lowering springs, and 3...fixing my loudass exhaust.

i was gonna say it should fit because mayollo has the r34 spoiler which needed a little modding but that wrx spoiler lies flush and is around the same length. My IS300 spoiler also was a fit so you can look into IS300 spoilers as an option also although the one i have was discontinued :(
