I checked with evofusion to see if they ordered extra cat back systems. The answer was yes. I asked if I could order one using the group buy link on this site. The answer was yes. So on the 17th I did so at 6:00am. The same day they recieved them. They shipped out to the ones they say were waiting for theres. OK fine makes sense. But it's now the 22nd and I have recieved no word on shipping. Thats right shipping. They have the merchandise in stock but they have not shipped it yet. They have my money the product and they have not shipped it yet. I have never heard of a company shipping when they get around to it. I understand if it has to be ordered. Which I have read others that said not to buy from evofusion. But I thought it was due to importing problems. But it is becoming clear that this is not the case. I have posted on their site with my concerns and I have emailed them and the only response was "yours should be shipping in the next couple of days" Why? Do they only have one guy working for them? Someone please tell me if I'm just being an a hole. Thank you

If you would have checked around the site before purchasing, you would have seen that the majority of the members here advise against dealing with EvoFusion.

You'll get it if and when they feel like shipping it out.

I seen that others have had problems. But like I said I thought it had to do with stocking and importing issues.

Most of the problems are. I believe there is only one employee (yamaneko) and that could be the problem. Still though, that's unacceptable.

You ''people'' should understand....

I work in a BIG warehouse and ship out HUNDREDS of orders a day, ranging from 150$ to 30,000$ ones. The thing is. We get your orders, and try to process them as soon as we can, but, how many orders do you think we get daily?

In the busy season we process orders that are 2+ weeks old because of the overwhelming entry of orders in our system. It is WAY more profitable for a company to make their clients wait 2 extra weeks, than hire 4 more people in order to get the stuff done properly.

Just so you know, we are 8 people working in the warehouse and are enough to generate income of around 13 million$ per year. That means we must be doing something right. And this company has been around for around 60 years, privately owned, from 2 different generations family business.

ANYWAYS. There are some things called BACKORDERS. Now, when we BACKORDER something, and we receive products, we ship to the people who have been waiting for the longest first.... Sometimes it happens that the person who ordered from the company ordered short, so the orders coming in the very same day might get B/O'd aswell.

Also, just so you know, companies ''lie'' sometimes by giving you vague and short answers to keep you going ''wtf'', just so they won't lose your business if they had told you that '' we're not getting anything until another 4 months.

You know what I'm trying to say?

Well I have waited propably the longest,mine was ordered in October 2006 with promise of delivery by end of November 2006(I ordered header+cat back)Got header in midlle of May 2007 cat back will come on Monday Jully 23 2007.How is that for waiting too long?:D So don't fret my freind ,good things come to those who wait(guess mine will be platinum plated )

The thing is I wanted to be in on the group buy when it started. But it wasn't well organized and I lost interest. When I seen the thread come back to life I checked in and seen the kits where coming in soon. From reading that thread yamenko said they ordered extra. So I asked to make sure that when they got the shippment there would be extra for me to order. So I wouldn't have to wait. I have no problems waiting if I'm told upfront. But when they say there is extra and now I know its in stock then why not ship it? I didn't see any disclaimer saying that shipping could take one to two weeks to process. Or anything like that. For example crutchfield doesn't sell great car gear. But I'll order from them anytime. Every time I order from them it is shipped the same day and I recieve it within 2 days. My problem is I'm on vacation Jul 30 and won't be in the state. My community is gated and I must let them know when my package is coming. Now I am afraid I won't be here and it will be returned. I would love to get it today. But I NEED to know when it will be getting here.

Felix, we both know that's not the case with EF. They probably have no more than 20 orders a week (and I think even that is a stretch).

Personally I have no hard feelings towards them, and I know how the Hyundai aftermarket works (unfortunately), but when they say it's in stock and it isn't that's just poop.

Just recieved word that it was shipped last week. But some how DHL's computers never emailed me any info on it. I feel like an idiot. But with all the horror stories I was worried. Maybe this will end up being a positive experience. I'll let everyone know when I get it. My appologies to evofusion usa and yamaneko.

Well you never know Super, maybe the guy has a big warehouse and this is a sideline, with other ''companies'' he has as a big project of importing and exporting... You never know ;)

Well I got my exhaust today. And I installed it today. Wow I love this exhaust. And it only took 7 days for me to recieve it. DHL could have saved me some aggravation and typing if they would have let me know that it was shipped along with a tracking number. I will definatly do business again with evofusion usa.

I had a good experience with them when i ordered the supra head. got tracking numbers and everything right on time. its USPS that i don't like. they never update their tracking numbers, only when it reaches your door.
