**Request** diy for moving MAF for cai/sri install

yeah i was wondering how do u set up the MAF when u put in a cai or a sri i kno u have to cut the pipe but i was wondering how u set up the sensor thanx

I think they cut the pipe so that the MAF stays in the same place.

Yeah I actually cut out a mid section of the piping two nights ago, very easy just took a hack-saw on that and cut right through it, dont forget to clean out any shavings because youd ont want that in your engine...And you just use two new silicone couplers with four new clamps to attach the MAF sensor...

I bought a boomz cai off ebay the piping was 2.75",it was listed as 2.5" so besure to measure every thing after you get it so you don't get the wrong size
