so today, i stop at the rental office on my way home from work to drop off the rent check. notice its a new woman (seems theres new people every month), she was asking me if i had any problems or anything that needed addressed

well, i let her know that ~2 months ago, i went in to see if they could get maintenance out there to powerwash the walls of the breezeway, because its caked up with what seems to be years of dirt/dead bugs...i know for a fact it hasnt been done in the year ive been there. i told her that i was told ~2 months ago they were gonna be starting it in ~2 weeks. she tells me they finally got back to the correct amount of maintenance staff they need, and she knows someone was out with the powerwasher today, but wasnt sure where...i took this as a way to blow me off.

so im driving back to my apartment, pull up, and what do i see? the power washer/hose and a wet breezeway. WTF!?!?

looks a ****-ton better (which is a lot, for those who dont know what a "****-ton" is)...hopefully it will keep some of the bugs away

and i told them about my neighbor having her brother park his 80's monte carlo here and never moving it, and parking it right where the good spots are for the people who live here, and not even considerate enough to park it around the corner. i know another neighbor has complained, so maybe theyll do something about it now

They probably won't. Although, your apartment place seemed pretty nice, so I'm sure they take care of it fairly well.

Evan, you still live in the same appt as when I came over?

Your neighbors seemed cool though they never came to get drunk with us as they said they would :(

I had a neighbor towed once because they kept parking in my numbered spot. Turns out it was a senial old lady who thought she was in her spot. Needless to say I felt like a jackass after that.

oh yeah...wendell...he moved out a LONG time ago. lol. probably a few months after you were out

we dont have numbered spots, but he parks in the 1st-3rd closest spots to the appts, and doesnt move. i dont care if he parks at the appts, just go around the corner a bit to the guest parking area
