Yes it works, and yes it's a waste of money. A cheaper version you can make is go to the gym more often so you can push the gas pedal faster.

Its supposed to help improve the vehicles throttle response, although I wonder if you couldn't adapt a TB pulley from a smaller car...say an Accent?

Like everyone else said, it gets you to WOT faster, but why would you need to get there faster? You can't slam your foot down to the floor?

Yes, I did order it. And yes, I have received it. However, I can't install it yet. It doesn't work on TB's that have had cruise control attached. Mine isn't installed anymore. The only problem is, the pulley doesn't slide over the shaft.

So I've got to get a TB from a non-CC'ed engine, and then install it.
