I ordered a set of clear sidemarkers from their site, but I have not received any confirmation that the order has been shipped or even processed...

Paypal states that the payment has been received, and my Account on SharkRacing.com says that it is "Ready to Ship"...? What does that mean?

I have sent 3 e-mails already and NO respsonse... I ordered on July 26th, 2007.

What should I do? Because I really don't feel like Calling Korea just for a set of $25 sidemarkers...

Any insite to how they operate would be great...THANKS!:)

I remember that whenever I ordered KSpec or other Korean retailers, it took about a month. They send a lot of things at a time so that they can save some in shipping. So you may be waiting longer.. I think your order is not so late yet.

I'm going to call the mistake as you placing an order with sharkracing.com, as they have a long history of order problems.

and he was probably implying that you should have searched the forum for the numerous threads complaining about shark racing.

^ DItto. Shark Racing has been in the flame section of this site since I joined it in 2003.

That's what he means by search. So you can drop the attitude and learn, or be pissy and go away. We like new members, but not pissy ones.

Sorry, but there was no attitude given. And I wasn't being pissy.
I am a veteran member of other forums that are set up just like this one, so I do know how to search, and I in fact did, but not in this "Flame" section...

I am new here but not new to forums, so please excuse me if I came across as if I had an attitude. I just didn't appreciate the giant red letters treatment.

Thank you for the advice on Shark racing. I probably won't be ordering much for the Elantra anyway in the future, as the wife and I are looking for a larger vehicle for her within the next year or so... but If I do for some reason, I'll look into kspec. thanks.

I didn't do it to win your heart bud.

The point is to search, using the Giant Red Letters and you will find out why what was said, was said.

Don't like it, go away.

Note to "old" members: don't be a-holes to "new" members.

thanks, :D

Yeah, well what the hell kind of business is it for "new" members to come on here to complain about a manufacturer. It's different when they have questions about their cars.

This is about a vendor whom we have nothing to do with, therefore, the remarks I made were warranted.

It's the flame section, people can complain about whatever they want.

It's up to the mods/admin of the site to decide what is and isn't warranted.

Didn't appreciate the Giant Red Letter Treatment?????

I'm not an asshole for pointing out what items to use in the Search box. I'm only an *** if it's a direct statement towards me. And for that matter, if the person or persons doesn't appreciate the assistance that was provided, they can leave. bye bye!

Come on guys, He's a new guy to the forum. Its ok to give him a hard time but all of you should know a limit. Don't be a gaint asshole, if you can't keep it under control then won't post. Someone will come along and post a link to something to help out.

Remember that everybody was a newb at some point ;)

Wow. . .hi.

Remember that everybody was a newb at some point

Some of us were noobs so long ago that there wasn't "nice mods" to keep it civil. The old farts (older than some of us still around today) could be a bit rough on newbs. It ain't exactly a new thing here.

shark racing is a great company. i have never had a problem with it, the only bad thing is that it takes about a month for them to ship something.and when it took them 2 month to ship my strut bars i got free decals from them so i was happy. also my friend ordered his 4-1 headers and got them in 2 weeks. so i dont know why is everyone complaining about them.

and BTW when your order on the site will change to "shipped" that will mean they shipped it.for now just be patient

Thank you. I am not too worried about this order, I was just curious to see if other members here had to wait so long for their orders to be shipped.
