Congrats to Sebastian from Germany for being nominated COTM for October. Definitely has a highly modified car and is deserving of the win. Also, he is from Germany which makes him cool.

This year COTM is pretty international. Good stuff.

Everyone say congrats and the COTM page will be up later today.

I get the username ElantraXD because the normal name I use everywhere (Elantra) wasn't available. So I tried ElantraXD and so I get it. It was luckiness.

Also, he is from Germany which makes him cool.
