Hello everyone. My name is David, I am from northeast Ohio, and am currently a student. I purchased my 2004 GLS last October after my 2001 Suzuki Swift started giving me trouble. I am very excited about the prospect of modifying my Elantra and being a part of this forum.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I am located in the greater Youngstown area if you know where that is. I am familiar with forums especially Vbulletin, and I know what is expected of me being a newbie. As far as mods go, after looking around the forum I want to do everything! First order of business is rebadging to KDM, not totally as I would rather Keep "Hyundai" on the left but you get the picture. After that will be a Tiburon front strut and rear sway bar. I would love a short shifter and Tiburon shift knob. Those are my first plans and I look forward to becoming a part of this community.

Welcome to the boards, thats some bad luck with the deer, my buddy just hit a fox last night and the damage was bad...would not want to be in your shoes. But on a plus note, you are in the right spot for advice should you require any.
