Do you mean the entire dashboard or just the plastic fascia?

thanks for all. I think I have seen what I'm looking for. I have to remove the fascia first, then the two plates on the right and left, and then I can screw the screws out *lol* many work this winter.

Yeah, I don't think the WebTech directions are 100% complete though. That's what I remember hearing from someone else. I need to do mine as well (switch to gray).

depending on what you want to do....
but for what you want....you will have to remove the front fascia....then there are a **** load of bolts that go to the dash part itself onto the metal crossmember...
do not forget to take out the defroster vents on the sides....the little ones that go the outside windows...there are bolts behind them....you will also have to remove the cluster and there are bolts behind it....
i would recommend bagging everything....i have done them so much that i can look at a bolt and tell you where it goes...and thats any bolt...not just dash bolts and screws...
oh you will also have to let the steering column down as well...there are three bolts and one nut for that....
good luck....anything just lket me know.

is the fascia the only thing required to be removed to install the 01-03 euro glow gauges or do i have to take off more of the dashboard?

Just the plastic fascia. After that, there's only 4 bolts that hold in the speedometer cluster.
This is what my car looked like with the fascia off. (1 yr. ago) You can see how the speedometer cluster sits:

how long would you estimate the installation of the euro gauges? and where did you place the knob for blue/green brightness?

The installation can't take more than an hour, if you take your time and do everything right.
Make sure you cut a notch in the white casing of the speedometer cluster for the part where the wires attach to the glow gauges. I made the mistake of bending them down into the cluster, which caused the faces to bubble and as a result the needles wouldn't move.
The knob for color/brightness had a long wire attached, so I ran it down behind my dash and ziptied it to the wire harness under the dash.

Also, I stuck the power wire between the speedometer circuit board and one of the light bulb holders, right up against the contacts. That way they only come on when the lights are on.
Andy showed me how to do that when he installed my first set, so I did it the same with my new ones. Never had any problems with the connection.
