View Full Version : Shift Knobs available?

I've been searching high and low for a leather shift knob I can use in my car and I can't seem to find any that fit what I'm looking for. What I'm looking for is a Black Leather shift knob that will screw on to a twm short shifter, but i want the knob to be a ball style, similar to the OEM knob. This may be a tall order, but if anyone has seen a knob like this please let me know.

P.S. I would go with a metal one, but in Buffalo the cars get pretty cold and that metal gets to be a little too chilly for my liking.

Is it the same thread as stock? If so you could get an elantra gt leather shift knob, or a tiburon leather shift knob.

Yes, TWM shifters are the same thread as stock.

I have a slightly used OEM GT Leather shift knob if you are interested. New at the dealer are pretty expensive from what I understand.

I actually haven't seen any screw on styles available. Most of the leather ones I've seen are the universal style ones.

Good find Silent, lol mine been on the downfall for a few months new and I've been thinking about a replacement. For $40CND after shipping that's not bad, it's a nice knob too :D

does the maxima or sentra ones fit ours?

most nissan's use the same thread pitch - 10x1.25, which is the same as hyundai.
