Finally got some pics of my setup. 5TH injector controller STILL hasn't been sent back to me from split sec yet. So far runs great off boost and has no CELs :) Drives like stock

Interesting setup. Did you make all of your own charge piping?

96-98 saab 900 se factory FMIC. All charge piping made by me. The turbo setup that was on the saab from the factory with that fmic used a T25 and im using the same turbo except from an eclipse. i believe it has a .48 A/R hotside. supposedly the t25 is good for about 200-250 max at is very efficient up to 15 psi where it just ends up going out of its efficiency range. The injector in the charge piping before the throttle body is a low impedence 720cc injector.

3rd pic shows the fmic. its black and slim and sits down low in front of the radiator. Its good for maxing out a t25 from what i hear from saab guys.

As far as boost the wastegate arm is adjustable so im not sure how tight i really got it or how loose it really is but the spring on the wg actuator i used is set for 5-psi to start with. My 5th injector controller tested out good with Split second and apparently its just not getting a good power source or good ground. It has an rpm signal and displays the rpms correctly as compared to the stock cluster but i get no injector firing at all.
