is it possible to replace all the knobs in a 99 elantra to match a newer radio, like not so "stock" looking. what would be really cool would be digital tuning for the a/c insead of those 3 knobs.

Not as far as I know, I think you'll need to go custom my friend. Then again most of us have 2001+ elantras here, so I might be just misinformed.
