Hello Fellow Elantra owners,
What's up all, keep on bangin in 08 yo.

My tidalwave 06 is coming up on two years of ownership. It will have about 22.5K miles on it when it hits two years.

Should I wait for 30K miles to flush the transmission and coolant? Or should I do it at the two year mark?

Anything else you suggest I do?

Happy new year

I'd wait to you hit the mileage. What is the climate like in Engelwood?

It depends. Coolant is corrosive. So if old coolant sits in your engine too long, it will actually start eating away at your radiator and heater core and create leaks. For me 2 year old coolant is kinda pushing it! As for the trans fluid, as long as you don't beat the **** out of your car everyday, you can wait. But if you full throttle everywhere you go, change it more frequently.
