Welcome to EXD. For your answer, yes, some Tiburon suspension products will work on your Elantra. Please run a search for "tiburon springs" or "tib coilovers" or something like that and you'll find plenty of good info.

Yes, some springs will fit, even coilovers, but you will need the pillowball mounts to run the coilovers.
