I'll be there for around one week in mid-February, I'm going to be spending the week at VA Tech for a test and tune on our race car. I have no clue about the area and we'll probably be camping, lol.

If anyone wants to chill out one of those nights let me know! Might be the chance to see some sweet cars while I'm at it I've never seen in person!

its the week of feb 14, we have off and VA tech gave us a green flag to come down there and test some stuff. I don't want to make any ''fixed'' plans until I find out what the schedule looks like (i.e. if I'm free after 5 pm every day or something like that)

What's the event at VIR? All I know is that we are going there with our car+equipment, and we are staying there from feb 29th to march 8-9, and we are going to be testing and tuning our car + interacting with the VA guys, if there's an event going on I have no clue, really, lol.

Update:

I'll be leaving on March 2nd at 5 AM, and will be staying there until March 8th. We'll probably be staying in some motel or cabins, that I don't know, but def. something at proximity of VA Tech.

I won't have my own car for sure as we're all going crammed in some other cars (and transport is free for me if I go crammed, haha).

Ha, it's all good, we've been spending our days at the campus troubleshooting some electrical crap, so I don't know if it would've been possible to meet up in the first place.

On a side note, it's funny how the beer here doesn't even have any percentage written on it (i.e. yuengling or however you spell that).

actually, thats about average size for football here in VA. if its not football or baseball, people really dont follow it (mainly football though)

Yeah, it only fits like 66K people. Some of the other college stadiums hold up to 100K (big ones are Penn State, Ohio State, Michigan, etc).
