White power!

I've been telling people that it's all about white (http://autos.yahoo.com/articles/autos_content_landing_pages/412/white-hot) for a while now. Now we are back on top.

With that said, I'm probably going to get a gray car next time I buy a car.

I agree, I thought this thread was going to go in a whole other direction. I'm glad it didn't. I read about Mercedes' new paint that is hand painted with microscopic flakes or something, crazy stuff.

ive always liked white on cars more than any other color, 2nd would be black.. then its w/e... unfortunately... both white and black show dirt... :(

Silver and the other metallic tones also accentuate the curves and bodylines on cars better. There is a reason you don't see any cars making their autoshow debuts in black. It's almost always a metallic color.

Silver/grey hide dirt and crud like none other. I've had white, black, blue, red, and silver cars. Silver is by far the easiest to care for.

Yeah silver hides a ton of dirt. I personally like black, tidal wave blue, or a deep green (like some jags have).
