Need Help With Window Switch.

Hey everyone. I got a problem. My driver's side window switch i had to replace it and i got a used oem one and put it and it works great but it's lose and comes up there are metal clips on it they look pointed out is that how there suppose to be? Like it dont sit right. Like it fits in but when u put the windows up it switch coes out also any help or any ideas? Maybe a wood grain one would work better Idk what to do but i need some help with this so please respond thank you!

yeah i think it is held in by clips, and maybe a screw or 2

Yeah, there's supposed to be screws in there. I don't know how you would have gotten the old one out without realizing that.
