So I like to drink. Anyone else like tequila? I used to drink vodka all the time. Now teguila. Tequila and coke or pepsi. Anyone try and like it? I'm at home. It's saturday, and yes, i'm drunk. just thought i'd ask.

ive never really "drank" to be honest, ive had champagne and **** for new years, but never drank any real alcohol.

then my friend from mass. came down for a weekend and brought some jagermeister with him, i got some redbull. n we had some jager bombs! lol

there a was about 1/4 of a bottle left or maybe a lil less. so we made the best of it. hehe

I like tequila every once in a while. Mainly just drink it with my dad and uncle. at home though I love my beer. My other favorite is Grey Goose.

Tequila is my friend. I love the taste of Whiskey, but most made me aggressively mean. I soon found out that Cuervo makes me a happy drunk. Viva Cuervo!

If I have to drink something "straight" I choose tequila. However in a mix, I'm a big fan of Bombay Sapphire Gin. Captain is so-so, I prefer light rum to spiced rum. Limon is good in just about anything. Typically, I stick to beer though.

My drink of choice which i Always keep a bottle in the house is Soco (southern comfort), Besides that, i keep a bottle of Ice 101 and Jager around often. Im also a big fan of Captain and many different vodkas, one of my fav vodkas is Finlandia, love the stuff, Lime was my fav, but they discontinued it :(


As for the Jager, that **** is awesome. jager bombs are great.
I invented my own shot also, if you try it, its guaranteed tasty AND Entertaining!

Shot Title: The Hairy Eskimo
Inventor: ME
FREEZE ICE 101 and JAGER
Pour ICE 101 3/4 up into the shot glass, Top it off with Jager, but make sure to hold the bottle of jager a few inches above the glass so the jager falls in with some force.

The jager will sink into the ice and begin to float back to the top, but since its frozen, some of it will stay down, what you will have is what looks JUST like hair swimming down in your shot glass. No joke, its so awesome, and its delicious (providing you like peppermint). The best analogy we could think of at the time is that it looks like a miniature of a super hairy arm pit lmao! So we though, frozen, peppermint, and hair... Hairy Eskimo!

jager is good. when i drink it (ie, when i have money to waste on drinking since its stupidly expensive), its usually 4-5 shots with 1 - 8oz can of redbull in a glass, few ice cubes to keep it chilled.

shots, i love rum. mainly bacardi. superior, 151 (when my chest isnt feeling hairy enough), limon, and just think weekend, apple shots. mmm

i usually drink cuervo especial (when im broke) and when i have money i usually go for Voodoo Tiki (can only find it back home) or Corazon tequila. both of which are about 50-60 for a medium sized bottle and they usually last a week or two with friends.

i dont mix or chase my drinks which is why i feel that it tends to last longer since it ****s me up faster

Sorry, but you're not the inventor of that - that is a "Dead Nazi." Although the traditional recipe calls for Rumple Minze instead of Ice 101 - it's the same thing: Peppermint Schnapps.

mines better. and even if im not the first to do something of the like, i still did it on my own with nill prior knowledge, and im proud enough that it took 3-4 years of me telling people about it and them being amazed for someone to rain on my parade. so at least its not that popular :P
also rumple mintz is only a measly 100 proof, ice 101 has that badass .5 more percent alcohol heh. and imo it tastes better.
also i duno if mintz has the same "hair" effect, and if people freeze both for the cool effect, cause if not. mines still origional :D

but anywhoo, back to the tequila topic. you can pm me to argue more if you like, or make a new thread, actually i think id rather enjoy a good "alcohol" sort of thread :D

It seems that I've observed Jager is a huge "young people" drink. This was true of me and my friends when we were younger (pre-21 and younger-legal-ages both). It comes out less and less often in recent years, and is substituted with more-traditional alcohols, like Tequila, Whiskey, Rum, Vodka.

i didnt start drinkin jager until i was over 21. when i was pre-21 i thought it tasted like garbage.. and well, i still do, but at least its a good mixer :D. also its popularity has increased quite a bit and its just easier to get your hands on.

Talka bout advertisement and ****.. I remember being 19 and going to the first "Jagermeister Tour". They basically sponsored the show and had a TON of big names on the bill. They still do this now, but the bills are never as good as they used to be. Back in 02 it was Drowning pool, Coal Chamber, Ill Nino and in 03 it was rediculous: stereomud, systematic, breaking benjamin, hedPE, saliva ... those were the days. i mean the bills are still good today, i love lacuna coil shows fall, and stone sour but those old school shows were just the best..

Jager was so not popular back then and now its a household name. I suppose their years of PR and ads finally paid off..
LMAO! i remember in either 02 or 03 they had a guy come up on stage and do a HUGE like triple shot or quad shot of jager and he was supposed to take the shot and then go "Ahhhhh!" YEAH" but he hated it so much that he made the nastiest face and then coughed! and kinda half played it off into the ahhh yeah lol!

Not a fan of the Jager by itself. I love stuff like tequila (patron), vodka (grey goose) for Liquor. Can never go wrong with beer though :)

another shot I like to mix (when I wanna start off tough and work my way down) is a mix of a lil 151 and the rest goldschlager . It taste good (to me anyway) and is hella strong.
