it works great. ive got one...haven't dyno'd yet, but the butt-dyno says maybe 12-15hp

Any eBay "performance chip" for an Elantra is crap, crap, crap.

^ What you noticed is what we call the "Placebo Effect". You wanted it to work, so you "felt" it. It's been proven time and time again that they provide NO power and can actually hurt fuel mileage.
